A Girl Scout Silver Award is the highest achievement a girl scout can earn in the Cadette rank in Girl Scouts. It is the second highest award you can obtain as a Girl Scout, after the Gold Award, which can be earned once you reach a Senior or Ambassador rank.

The Silver Award symbolizes taking action onto something that the scout cares about while changing or improving their community. The Silver Award represents confidence and making a difference for yourself and others.
